This End User License Agreement ("License") applies to your use of the Services and Digital Products provided by Ambiguous Interactive, LLC, including content, updates, and related materials provided through https://theambiguous.co/. The full Ambiguous Interactive Terms of Service still apply to your use of the Services and Digital Products.
Key Terms
"Company" means Ambiguous Interactive, LLC.
"Services" means the Website, Digital Products, and related applications, content, tools, features, functionality, services, and materials offered by Company.
"Digital Products" means Company digital goods, including films, special content, soundtracks, game keys, comics/graphic novels, updates, and underlying materials.
"Protected Content" means content included in or with the Services, including text, graphics, code, audio, music, narrative, characters, literary works, audiovisual works, images, and other materials.
"Website" means https://theambiguous.co/ and its sub-pages, sub-domains, and associated domains.
License Grant
The Services and Digital Products are licensed, not sold. Subject to this License and the full Terms of Service, Company grants you a personal, non-commercial, limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Services and Digital Products for personal entertainment only. - Damage, disable, overburden, impair, or otherwise interfere with the Website, Digital Products, related servers, or another party's use and enjoyment of the Services.
- Obtain or attempt to obtain materials or information through means Company has not intentionally made available through the Services.
- Impersonate any person or entity, falsely claim an affiliation, access another person's account without permission, forge a digital signature, misrepresent transmitted information, or engage in similar fraud.
- Defame, harass, abuse, threaten, or defraud users, or collect or attempt to collect personal information about users or third parties without consent.
- Suggest that you have a relationship with Company or that Company endorses you or your products or services.
Company may use available legal and technical remedies to prevent unauthorized use, including technological barriers, IP mapping, and contacting your internet service provider.
Ownership
Protected Content is owned by Company or its third-party suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You must keep copyright, trademark, proprietary, and attribution notices intact.
You do not receive ownership rights in the Services, Digital Products, Protected Content, or any Company intellectual property. Except for the express license above, Company grants no express or implied license to Protected Content or to any other intellectual property owned by Company, its licensors, or third parties.
